We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Software Developer will support the development of AgWorks' applications as well as assist in the development of a new platform.
The AgWorks development team is a small group of highly qualified software engineers with wide ranging responsibilities for developing and maintaining AgWorks agronomy tools.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the entire development process; including specification analysis, algorithms, user interface design and development, testing, debugging and maintenance in a real-time environment.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have strong problem-solving abilities, possess the ability to work in a team environment and multitask between varying projects. Applications need to be able to maintain source code and troubleshoot defects with fixes under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
Applicants should have experience with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, VB6/VB.NET, Crystal Reports XI and 2008, XML Programming, IIS, stored procedures, converting VB6 to .NET, and source code control w/VSS.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 3+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of training, education, technical certification, or work experience.
