Your Notice of Application can include your applicators signature!

By including a signature in the signature block on each of your applictors (AgWorks Manager > General > Employees) that signature will be captured and placed on each NOA printed for orders applied by him/her.

The signature needs to be in either a BMP or JPG file format and most scanner software can capture and create such a file.

When the new version of AgWorks Software is released our users will find the search process for customers has been improved. Now rather than just finding the first occurrence of the typed letters the system will display all occurrences of the typed letters. So now when "smi" is keyed the system will display:

Holtsmit

Smith John

Smith Robert

Transmision Advanced

While this will take some getting used to by our legacy users we believe the change will be quickly accepted and appreciated.

As you've used AgWorks Software you may have found instances where the crop or weed that you needed listed was NOT in the list. Let us know when you have items you need added to the list as we can add them directly.

Have you ever clicked on the insect section just to look at what was available only to realize that we don't allow insects to be turned off (de-selected) once you've checked one?

Every transaction created in AgWorks Software is preserved for reference. This is a great tool that allows users to go back and audit the processes that brought them to the current inventory position or customer relationship. Because of the amount of data preserved the daily operations can begin to slow down over time. Removing some of that information from the database can reduce the time to recalculate inventory and time spent searching documents.

While our accounting partners all provide invoice documents that can be configured and printed for growers, AgWorks also provides an alternative that could be given to growers. AgWorks generates an invoice number (unique to each invoice and tracked sequentially) for every document invoiced. We have some customers that use the AgWorks invoice for all their agronomy billing.

When the AgWorks invoice is used it is recommended that the AgWorks invoice number be posted as the invoice number in the accounting software to assist with clarity when the customer calls with questions.
